Climax Jeans 14-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your fit! If your new Climax Jeans aren't quite right, we are happy to accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of your delivery date.

Return ConditionsTo qualify for a full refund or exchange, please ensure your jeans meet the following criteria:

• Unworn & Unwashed: Jeans must be in their original, brand-new condition.
• Tags Attached: All original Climax Jeans hangtags and labels must still be attached.
• No Marks: Items must be free of stains, makeup, pet hair, or strong odors.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

1. Log In: Go to our website and log into your customer account using your email.
2. Select Order: Find the order containing the jeans you want to return or exchange.
3. Submit Request: Click Request Return, choose your reason, and select whether you want a refund or a different size/style.
4. Ship It Back: Once approved, we will send you a prepaid shipping label. Print it out, pack your jeans securely, and drop the package off at the designated shipping carrier.

Refunds & Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 3–5 business days. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

To care for your Climax jeans, wash them inside out on a cold, delicate cycle and always air dry them. Heat and harsh chemicals break down the stretch fibers, causing the jeans to lose their shape.Follow these simple rules to keep your jeans looking and fitting like new:

• Wash Less Often: Spot-clean small stains with a damp cloth to avoid unnecessary washing.
• Turn Inside Out: Zip and button the jeans, then flip them inside out to protect the color.
• Use Cold Water: Set your washing machine to a cold, gentle cycle.
• Skip Fabric Softeners: Avoid softeners and bleach, as they destroy the elastane fibers.
• Never Tumble Dry: Air dry your jeans flat or hang them by the waistband away from direct heat.
• Do Not Wring: Gently press out water instead of twisting the fabric.
• Iron on Low: Use a low heat setting and iron the jeans inside out if needed.
